Pat Linnane, Executive Director of xpoGIS, has worked in Six Sigma for more than 10 years. Most recently, Pat was the Director of Global Six Sigma at Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she helped to define and implement the Six Sigma training strategy for Starwood and was responsible for curriculum development and training delivery. Prior to working at Starwood, she was a Director of Process Management at A&P where she led a team of change agents to improve processes such as opening a warehouse-to-store customer service center, rolling-out new in-store HIPPA processes and implementing Oracle HR and Accounting to 850 stores. Pat also has extensive experience in document management systems.

Mike Linnane leads xpoGIS field operations. Mike brings over 35 years of experience working for NYNEX/Bell Atlantic/Verizon in all aspects of telco operations, ranging from regulatory interfaces to design and build of outside plant structures. Mike's expertise also incudes developing and implementing web-based field data collection systems and field performance measurement systems.
