Management Team

The Team at xpoGIS is made of experienced professionals combining Telecommunications, Information Systems, Six Sigma process management, and RFID expertise

Pat Linnane, Managing  Director of xpoGIS  has more than 10 years experience in Six Sigma processes. In addition, Pat recently led the development and deployment of transition forces for the Frontier Communications acquisition of 2.8 million Verizon access lines and associated properties. Before Frontier, Pat was the Director of Global Six Sigma at Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she helped to define and implement the Six Sigma training strategy for Starwood and was responsible for curriculum development and training delivery. Prior to working at Starwood, she was Vice President of Human Resources and head of  Recruiting at Gartner. As  Director of Process Management at A&P, she led a team of change agents to improve processes such as opening a warehouse-to-store customer service center, rolling-out new in-store HIPPA processes and implementing Oracle HR and Accounting to 850 stores. Pat also has extensive experience in document management systems.

          Mike Linnane manages xpoGIS field operations. Mike brings extensive expertise  in all      aspects of field utility operations, ranging from regulatory interfaces to design and build of outside plant structures. Mike's expertise also incudes developing and implementing web-based field data collection systems and field performance measurement systems.

          Paul Toto is the primary IT/GIS lead for xpoGIS. Paul has worked in the   telecommunications industry for over 25 years with extensive experience in construction, maintenance, facilities planning and rehabilitation of outside plant. Paul designed key mechanized systems to analyze and track the performance of communications systems and the personnel that provide the associated field services. He has extensive knowledge and experience with geospatial system design and processing and has been providing this expertise to government and commercial organizations in developing and managing their land based assets. Using the most current information system and very high accuracy global positioning technologies, Paul enables xpoGIS to be in the forefront in the design of efficient facilities management systems.

          Mark Brennan  is a primary xpoGIS interface in the New England territory. As a professional with extensive telecommunications and engineering expertise with New England Tel/NYNEX/Bell Atlantic/Verizon Communications Inc., Mark developed and managed major engineering, construction and operations organizations across New England and New York. In the United Kingdom he was one of the founding executives of NYNEX Cablecomms,  a combined cable television and telephone company providing broadband services across England.  Mark  has most recently been providing engineering/construction leadership on a number of major civil engineering projects in Massachusetts municipalities as well as operational support for xpoGIS.
